Our Nationwide Authorized Service Center is located in the Dayton, OH area.

All of our laptop repairs offer free diagnosis unless you choose not to complete
the repair. We offer a convenient $65.00 standard repair fee**, so you know

Since we are factory authorized, we have direct access to a complete factory-direct
parts inventory and our replacement parts prices are published on our web site.
We provide a 90 day labor warranty for board level and DC Jack repairs and all other
repairs are covered by our 6 month labor warranty. Please visit the laptop repair warranty section of our FAQ for additional
details.

your in-warranty laptop or notebook with no parts or labor charges.
